Milk Malai & Ghee Ladoo

 Not very many individuals like to eat the cream that make from milk, since individuals are extremely causious about their health. So that is the reason individuals take out the malai and keep it in the refrigerator, yet the malai remains new for a considerable length of time in the ice chest. So today we will make ghee and laddoos utilizing this cream. Ghee will be produced using malai and mava will be made, laddoos will be produced using this mava.

Ingrediants :-

  • मलाई - Malai - 750 ग्राम
  •  मावा -  Mawa - ¾ कप
  • आटा -  Flour - ¾ कप (120 ग्राम)
  • बूरा - Tagar - ¾ कप (approx 100 ग्राम)
  • इलायची - Cardamom - 6-7, in cut pieces

How to make?

  • 1/4 cup of wheat flour should be heated in a pan over a medium flame while being constantly stirred until it turns golden. After roasting, combine roasted flour with 3/4 cup of boora, 6-7 roughly ground cardamom, mawa made from cream, and roasted flour. Mix them thoroughly, and if the mixture appears a bit dry, add a couple of tablespoons of prepared ghee.
  • Take the desired amount of ingredients in your palm and knot as many large or tiny laddoos as you desire. Laddoos will be prepared in this manner.




Note :-

Take the cream out from the refrigerator for two hours before adding it to the pan to make ghee.

The cream must first be melted over a low temperature, then as it begins to thicken, it must be cooked while stirring constantly until the ghee emerges and the mawa turns a pale pink colour.

You may store these laddus outside and consume them for a month.
