तिल गुड़ बेसन के लड्डू( Sesame Seeds Jaggery Gram Flour Ladoo)

 Sardee ke mausam mein meetha khaane ka bahut man hota hai. Isalie aaj ham banaane ja rahe hain til gud aur besan se bane daanedaar laddoo(तिल गुड़). Inhen banaana bahut aasaan hai aur ye jaldi banakar taiyaar ho jaate hain. to is sardee ke mausam mein aap bhee ye laddoo bana kar apane parivaar ke saath inake meethe svaad ka aanand leejie.

Ingrediants :

  • तिल - 1 कप (140 ग्राम)
  • गुड़ -- 1 कप (250 ग्राम)
  • घी - ½ कप (100 ग्राम)
  • बेसन - 1 कप (125 ग्राम)
  • इलायची - 6-7 दरदरी कुटी हुई
How to make?(तिल और बेसन भूनने की विधि)

kadhaahee ko garam karake isamen 1 kap white til daal kar halka rang badalane tak meediyam-gas per lagaataar chalaate hue bhoonie. Bhun jaane par inhen nikaal lee, phir kadhaahee ko clean karake isamen 6-7 bade chammach ghee daal kar pighalaen. pighal jaane par isamen 1 kap besan daal kar lo-meediyam phlem par lagaataar chalaate hue bhoonie. agar ye sookha lage to 1 chammach ghee aur daal sakate hain. bhun jaane par phlem band karake ise thodee der tak chalaate rahie kyonkee kadhaahee neeche se garam hogee. phir kadhaahee ko utaar kar besan ko thanda hone deejie.

How to make Jaggary syrup?


Take 1 cup gud, and 2 cub of water, add it in bowl and on slow flame heat the content, until it disolve completly and in fine paste, झाग आने पर फ्लेम एकदम लो करके एक कटोरी में थोड़ा सा पानी लेकर गुड़ के सिरप को पानी में डालिए.  इसे निकाल कर देखिए, ये खिंच रहा होगा और सौफ्ट होगा मतलब ये पका नहीं है.
aab dheemee phlem par lagaataar chalaate hue ise 1 min cook kare. samay poora hone par ise vaapas paanee mein thoda daal kar dekhie. gud tootane lage to gais band kar deejie, gud ka sirap banakar taiyaar ho jaega.

Once the Jaggary syrup is ready then ?

bhune hue besan kee kadhaahee mein gud ka sirap aur bhune hue til (thode til bacha lene hain, lagabhag 2 bade chammach) daalie. inhen achchhe se mila kar thanda keejie. mishran ke halka kadak hone par ise miksar jaar mein daal kar baareek peesie. pise hue mishran ko baul mein nikaal kar isamen bache hue saabut til aur 6-7 ilaayachee daradaree kutee huee daalie. sabako achchhe se milaen, laddoo ke lie mishran banakar taiyaar ho jaega.

After making the mixture, make as many big or small laddus as you want, take as much mixture and tie the laddus. In this way coarse laddoos made of sesame jaggery and gram flour will be ready. Keep them in a container and enjoy their taste with your family.
