Moong dal laddoos(मूंग दाल के लड्डू)

Moong dal laddoos can be made in three ways, splashing and crushing moong dal, cooking and crushing moong dal and by using moong dal flour. Each sort of laddu has an alternate taste. Today we will make laddoos by soaking the moong dal in water, and then crushing it in mixture.

Ingrediants :-

  • 1 कप मूंग दाल
  • Ghee – 2 tsp
  • बूरा - 1 1/2 कप (250 ग्राम)
  • Finely chopped Almonds – 1 tsp
  • इलायची powder - 8-10
  • Finely  पिस्ते - 8-10
  • Finely काजू - 1/4 कप
  • coconut bura - 250 grams


How to make Mung Dal Laddu?

  • Wash moong dal and soak it in water for 3-4 hours. Wash the Dal and take them out of the water and grind them in a mixer.
  • Grind almonds in a mixer to make powder, cut cashews into small pieces. Cut the pistachios thinly lengthwise and peel the cardamom and make powder
  • kadhaee mein ghee daalakar halka garam kar leejiye (thoda ghee bacha leejie) aur isamen daal daal deejiye. Use big spoon se chala-chala kar daal ko dheemee aur midiyam aag par bhoonen. daal ke achchhe se bhoon jaane par daal ka kalar chenj hone lagata hai, daal se ghee alag hota dikhata hai aur achchhee mahak bhee aane lagatee hai.



  • Mung daal bhoon kar taiyaar hai (daal bhoonane mein lagabhag 25 minit tak ka samay lag jaata hai). gas band kar deejie aur daal ko pyaale mein nikaal kar thoda thanda hone deejie.
  • Mung  daal ke halka thanda hone par isamen baadaam ka paudar, kate hue kaajoo, ilaayachee paudar aur boora daal kar sabhee cheejon ko achchhe se milane tak mix kare. laddoo banaane ke lie mishran taiyaar ho chuka hai. haathon mein thoda-thoda mishran lekar is mishran ko hath se daba-dabaakar isake laddoo banaakar thaalee mein rakhate jaie. piste se laddooon kee gaarnish kar deejie.
