पनीर कटलेट, व्होल व्हीट रैप के गुण और बूट करने के लिए सब्जियां।
Ingrediants :
- 200 gm Paneer - crumbled (पनीर)
- 2 medium Potatoes - boiled & mashed (आलू)
- ½ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- ¼ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
- ⅓ tsp Dried Mango Powder (आमचूर पाउडर)
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil (सरसों का तेल)
- 2 fresh Green Chillies - chopped (हरी मिर्च)
- 1 inch Ginger - chopped (अदरक)
- ½ tbsp Dried Fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी)
- Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves - chopped (धनिया पत्ता)
- 1 simla mirch
- Oil for frying (तेल तलने के लिए)
Process :
- Take a pan, put 2 t spoon of besan, and 1 t spoon of oil, heat it on low flame for 5-7 mins, until it turn little brown in color.
- Copped the vegetable, in small pieces, like simla mirch, onion, garlic, and adarak, green chilli.
- Once the besan turn brown in color, add the spices, which are, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tst cumin powder, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chat masala.
- Mix it well.
- Put the pan on stove and turn on the stove, put the vegetable and mix it well.
- Cut down the panner into pieces, and put it in the pan, and mix it well.
- Turn on the gas burner, on full, and keep stirring for 2-3 mins, once the panner tikka smell comes, then add half cup of water and heat it well, until cooked completly.
- Take the ready made prathas, and put it on tava and cook it, until golden brown in color.
- Take the paratha on the plate and add mayonise and green chutny on it mix it well and apply.
- Then add the panner mixture stuff on it, and some lemon juice and rap it over.
- Take for serving.
