Sabudana Khichdi is light and filling dish and could be savored as a morning meal or as a bite. Sabudana Khichdi Recipe can be ready in numerous ways and favored decisions, Sabudana khichdi is widly used in fasting days, where it a holly food.
साबूदाना खिचड़ी के लिये आवश्यक सामग्री(Ingredients for Sabudana Khichdi) :-
- साबूदाना - Sago - 1 Cup, soaked
- घी - Ghee- 2 tbsp
- जीर - Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- उबले आलू - Boiled Potato - 1, chopped
- मूगंफली - Peanut - 1/4 Cup, roasted
- करी पत्ता - Curry Leaves - 10-12 no
- हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
- मूगंफली - Roasted Peanut - 1/4 Cup, Coarsely grounded
- सैंधा नमक - Salt - 3/4 tsp
- काली मिर्च - Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp, Coarsely grounded
- हरा धनिया - Coriander Leaves
- नींबू - Lemon - 1 no
Preparation :-
- Take 1 cup of sabudana in a bowl, and add water, unitl whole sabudana get covered/dip, at keep it for 6 hours, all the water will be showked, and sabudana is in full size like below.
- Take the non stick pan, put half spoon oil, and add the peanuts, and keep stirring the spoon, until peanut turn littly brown in color.
- Divide the peanuts into two part, one mixture blend in mixture, and second chaw it via a hand blinder or use bellan and row it over for 2-3 mins.
- In non stick pan, put tha patatoes, and fry it 1-2 mins, until it fry, then put JIRA and cracle it, remix the patatoes again.
- Then add curry leaves, and mix it well as per your taste.
- Add Sabudana, and jira poweder, chopped peanuts and saute for 4 to 5 mnis stirr well.
- Sprinkle a little water, add salt and lime juice. Blend well. Eliminate from heat. Sprinkle slashed coriander leaves.
- Server hot
