Moong Dal Pakoda Recipe

 यह शायद इंदौर के सभी स्नैक्स में सबसे लोकप्रिय है और हर कोई इन्हें चबा रहा है! वे शाम के नाश्ते के लिए लाजवाब हैं और आपकी सुबह की चाय के साथ बढ़िया हैं। इन्हें मूंग की दाल से बनाया जाता है, तले हुए कुरकुरे और गर्म और आप इनकी अच्छाइयों पर अचंभित हो जाएंगे.

Ingredients for Moong Dal magoda :-

  • Moong Dal - 200 grams
  • Asafoetida - 1-2 pinch
  • Green chili - 3-4 (chopped)
  • Ginger - 1 inch long piece (grated or chopped)
  • Green coriander - half a small bowl (chopped)
  • Red chili - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste (3/4 tsp)
  • oil - for frying

Preparation of Moong Dal bajiye :- 

Wash the moong dal and soak them in water for 4-5 hours. If the moong dal are peeled, separate the peels by rubbing the moong dal with hands and remove the peels from the moong dal in water, and grind the moong dal with a mixie. If the dal is unpeeled or washed, then drain the water from the soaked dal and grind it with a grinder. Do not grind the pulse too finely. (Magoudas made of thick ground lentils become more delicious).


Take out the dal in a big utensil. Mix the spices and fat the dal well. The mixture for Magodas is ready.

Put oil in the pan and heat it. Take a little mixture from the mixture and put it in the pan. Put 8-10 Magodas in the pan at a time. After they turn brown, take them out in a plate. For the second time also put Magodas in the pan in the same way. Prepare all Magodas in the same way. Your moong dal mangode is ready.
